Our Acrobatics classes follow the internationally recognised Acrobatic Arts syllabus — a progressive, technique-based programme that teaches acrobatic skills safely and effectively, grounded in proper dance foundations.
Whether your child is flipping for fun or looking to enhance their versatility on stage, Acro builds strength, flexibility, and coordination through structured, developmentally appropriate training. Students also gain confidence in movement, spatial awareness, and teamwork through partner and group exercises.
Taught by certified Acrobatic Arts instructors, classes focus on safe dance practices, correct alignment, and injury prevention creating an environment where students can push limits safely while having fun.
